This week at Secret Cycles, we have received a few new and exciting bikes for those commuters or even the casual riders who wants to just shoot around town every once in a while but does want massive amounts of travel or knobby tires.

Introducing the light and nimble Gary Fisher Mendota, weighing in at a cool 24 pounds this aluminum with carbon fork commuter is light and fast but not a toothpick. It’s going to be able to take on the gross wet roads of the lower mainland with ease!

Next is the Brodie Energy, with its old school flavors and colors and new school components it’s a fast bike with style! Copper Colored rims and brown and gold accents around, this bike is fast, smooth and sexy.

And finally, my favorite out of them all (it is okay to disagree), the Brodie Romulus. With a steel frame with minimalistic graphics and a great looking glossy black paint job, Brodie has done an amazing job at bringing back the love of just riding the road bikes, not all this carbon feather ‘mumbo-jumbo’ on this build. It’s a time tested and true, great ride. Steel is real baby!

More to come! Come in and buy your favorite, park the car for a little bit and enjoy the ride to work for a change!
